Knowledge and pro­cess­es. We cre­ate so­lu­tions based on an un­der­s­tand­ing of peo­ple, busi­ness, trends and tech­nolo­gies. To reach our goal, we are work­ing on for­mal­iz­ing and im­prov­ing our knowledge and pro­cess­es.

For in­s­tance, when cre­at­ing a vi­su­al iden­ti­ty sys­tem we go through 11 ma­jor phas­es com­pris­ing 77 stages and 460 some­times it­er­at­ing tasks. When we are in the pro­cess of search­ing for a prod­uct con­cept we cre­ate about 50 ver­sions, but on­ly one pass­es 60 se­lec­tion cri­te­ria.

A mul­tidis­ci­plinary team. Com­plex prob­lems are bet­ter solved col­lab­o­ra­tive­ly. We in­volve many di­verse spe­cial­ists in the pro­cess of cre­at­ing so­lu­tions. Nev­er­the­less, the com­pa­ny is de­signed to func­tion as one unit based on com­mon val­ues, prin­ci­ples and rules.
